Shine Brighter Week Drawing: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
Halo Nail Spa, LLC doing business as Halo Nails Cedar Park, 251 N Bell Blvd, Suite 108A, Cedar Park, TX 78613, halonails7979@gmail.com (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Texas who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.
3. Entry period
The drawing starts at 12:00 am Central Time on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm Central Time on Thursday, December 3, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter
There are two free ways to enter. Both carry the same chance of winning.
- Online: complete the entry form at halonailscedarparktx.com/drawing.
- In person: fill out an entry card at the front desk of Halo Nails during business hours (Tue–Thu 11 am–7 pm, Fri–Sat 10 am–7 pm, Sun 11 am–5 pm). No service, purchase or appointment is required to pick up or drop off a card.
Limit: one entry per person for the whole Entry Period, no matter which method is used. Extra entries will be disqualified. Booking a service, buying a gift card, donating a toy, leaving a review, or following Halo on social media does not earn an entry and is not required.
Entries must include full name, phone number and email address, and confirm that the entrant is 18 or older and a Texas resident. Incomplete, illegible or automated entries are void.
5. Prizes
Grand prize (1): “Night on the Town” private-driver service. About 4 hours of private-driver service, driven by Halo’s owner. The winner chooses one option:

Approximate retail value (ARV): $550.
Grand prize conditions:
- Must be used by March 31, 2027 on a Friday or Saturday evening, booked at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability.
- A detailed itinerary must be approved by Sponsor at the time of booking. Overall mileage may be limited.
- All guests must be 18 or older, and every passenger must wear a seat belt.
- No alcohol may be opened or consumed in the vehicle. The driver may end the ride at any time for unsafe or unlawful conduct, with no substitute provided.
- The prize covers the vehicle, driver and fuel only. Food, drinks, admission, parking at venues and any other costs are the winner’s responsibility.
- If the chosen vehicle is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a vehicle of comparable or greater value.
- The winner and each guest must sign a passenger release before the ride.
Runner-up prizes (5): a year of bubble pedicure upgrades and cuticle oil. Each runner-up receives 12 bubble pedicure upgrades and 12 Halo cuticle oil pens, available as one upgrade and one pen per calendar month from January through December 2027. Unused months do not carry over. Each upgrade applies to a pedicure service paid at the regular price. ARV per runner-up prize: $300 (12 upgrades at $10 = $120, plus 12 pens at $15 = $180).
Total ARV of all prizes: $2,050 ($550 grand prize plus 5 × $300 runner-up prizes).
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be provided as described.
6. Winner selection
Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at 11:00 am Central Time on Friday, December 4, 2026 at Halo Nails, 251 N Bell Blvd, Cedar Park, TX. The grand prize is drawn first, then the five runner-up prizes. Entrants do not need to be present to win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification and claiming
Sponsor will contact winners by phone and email within 2 business days of the drawing. A winner must reply within 7 days and sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release. If a winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, or is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is drawn.
8. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. Sponsor will issue tax forms where required by law.
9. Publicity and privacy
Sponsor may announce winners by first name and last initial. Sponsor will use a winner’s photo, video or voice only with a separate signed release.
Entry information is used to run this drawing and contact winners. Sponsor will send marketing messages only to entrants who check the opt-in box, and will not sell entrant information.
10. General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, or for technical problems with the online form. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or change the drawing if fraud, technical failure or other causes beyond its control affect its fairness, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry. To the extent allowed by law, winners release Sponsor from liability arising from the drawing or the use of any prize.
11. Social media release
This drawing is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Google or YouTube. Entrants release these companies from any liability related to the drawing.
12. Governing law
These rules are governed by Texas law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.
